Diet Tricks

I got this from  It seemed like these might be some helpful and easy tips that I can add into my daily routine without feeling like I'm on a "diet".

1) Flatten your belly with fiber
2) Add healthy bacteria
3) Have more Vitamin C
4) Swap carbs for spinach
5) Eat chilis to burn fat
6) Have fruit for dessert
7) Eat avocados
8) Don't drink alcohol
9) Drink caffeine before workouts
10) Cut back on high-sugar foods
